EquinArt Creations Time Payment Policy
TIME PAYMENT POLICY
Effective  April 17, 2009
We offer interest-free time payments on all items with a retail price of
$100 or more.  This is for the convenience of our customers.   There are
some rules regarding the time payments that you should be aware of
before making time payments.  Please read below.

Time payments are offered upon approval by EquinArt Creation's
president or treasurer.  We reserve the right to refuse time
payments, without explanation, for anyone at any time.
NO PAYMENTS OR ANY MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED if you fail to
make all your payments or change your mind.   We will refund your
money if for some reason the model is no longer available.  We
guarantee your model will arrive safely.  If model is damaged in
shipping, we will either replace it or for painted items or items that
cannot be replaced, we include free insurance.   The insurance
claim will be processed through the shipping company and your
money refunded after the shipping company pays the claim.  
Time payment terms are $50 paid as a deposit and $50 every two
weeks until the item is paid off.  The final payment may be more or
less than $50, depending upon the final balance owed and
shipping costs.
Payment may be made by PayPal, all major credit cards, checks or
money orders.
Customer is responsible for tracking his or her payments to us.
We do not send reminders.  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO
NOTE WHEN YOUR PAYMENTS ARE DUE.  
If for any reason you can't make a payment, please email or call
us at (434) 574-6253.  We are happy to work with our honest
customers who have problems.  What we don't appreciate is
people who start making payments, drop off the face of the Earth,
and come back a year later upset because 'their' model was sold
to someone else.  Until that model is paid off, it is not 'your'
model.
