Company Policies
Payment: We accept PayPal online, personal checks, money orders, and
all major credit cards. Returned checks will be charged a $15 fee in
addition to the purchase amount.
International customers may pay using PayPal online or international
money orders.
Shipping: When checking out, please select either Priority Mail or UPS
Ground service. Larger packages (greater than 12" on any one size,
usually Traditional size models) are ALWAYS shipped UPS ground.
Micro minis are shipped via US Mail First Class or First Class
International Mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order; special
items, such as bronzes, may take up to 8 weeks.
Returns: We accept returns on all items EXCEPT painted model horses.
Painted horses and Ebay items are all "Final Sale." Why? We MUST be
notified within 2 weeks of shipping your items of any request for returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any items past the two week
period.
Edition Sizes: Edition sizes for limited edition works are clearly stated in
the product information. "Open Editions" mean that EquinArt may cast as
many copies as needed. Unless otherwise stated, models by other
manufacturers, such as Schleich and Breyers, are unlimited/open
editions.
